Company Policy
Booking
- Payment is required for open seating Sip n Pour Workshops.
- A $50 deposit is required for services valued at $100 or more.
- All services will be processed when scheduling to hold your appointment.
- No refunds will be offered on services rendered.
Cancellation/No Show/ Late Arrivals
- Guests have up to 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a booking.
- If you are running late, please call us at (205) 538-5100 or email info@eyecandleexperience.com to inform us.
- If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged a $50 late fee and may be subject to the cancellation of your class.
- We understand that things happen, but please remember that our time is precious, and we must be informed of any changes to your appointment.
- Deposits will become an inconvenience fee if a guest does not follow proper cancellation procedures.
- If applicable, refunds will be processed minus a processing fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments over 30 minutes late.
Sales Tax
- 6% sales tax is applied to each service listed.
