Booking
Payment is required for open seating Sip n Pour Workshops. A $50 deposit is required for services valued at $100 or more. All services will be processed at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. No refunds will be offered on services rendered.
Cancellation/No call no show
Guest's have up to 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a booking. Staff will take every opportunity to reschedule guests to a comfortable date. If not correctly communicated via phone (205) 538-5100 or email info@eyecandleexperience.com
Deposits will become an inconvenience fee for the business. Refunds will be applied if applicable and assessed a processing fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments that are 30 minutes late or more.
